Sometime during episode 8 when the real Satoko was faking her psychological breakdown, her witch self is created and is implied to have begun fighting Satoko over control for her body much to Eua's amusement. Because of this, she is incapable of being reasoned with as evidenced by her dismissing her human side as weaker and killing her own uncle (who had turned over a new leaf in this loop) without a hint of remorse. As a result of being completely separated from the "human" Satoko, the witch is bereft of human emotions with her cold determination of breaking Rika being her driving force. ![]()
